The tutorial provides details on colouring this so sweet image, part of the 'Tea for Three' image set, by Mo Manning and the markers and pencils used.
Other materials:
Neenah Classic Crest Card with Frantage and glitter detail.
DP is American Crafts - The colour of memories and from my Tilda pad.
Core'dinations Card for mats and card base
Punched flower border
Punched flower layers and leaves
Scalloped Tag - Die'sire from Crafter's Companion with sentiment created on my computer
Ribbon and bling from my stash.
