Deep Blue Sea!

Hello to all.  Sharing a cute under the sea scene coloured with Spectrum Noir Illustrator markers with a touch of Spectrum Noir Sparkle pens for detail.

I have used the tutorial by the fabulous Jo McKelvey to create the stunning background scene. You will find the details here.


List of materials used to make this card:
Spectrum Noir Illustrator markers: BT2, BT4, BT6, BT9, Blender pen, LVI, LV2, LV3, CR5.
Spectrum Noir Sparkle pens: Sand Dune, Buiscut, Clear Sparkle, Spun Gold, Peacock Blue.
White Gel pen
Various clear and rubber stamps
Textures Folder - Waves.
Distress Ink. 



This card would also be suitable for the theme of the March Spectrum Noir FB Challenge.

Under The Sea!

Hello to all.  Sharing a cute ColourBlend pencil image featuring a page from the Spectrum Noir Colorista TS pad - Under the Sea.  The pad is full of great images.   I have made a backing card layer from watercolour card.  This has been embossed and stamped with various textures stamps to create an underwater feel.  Matching shades of archival ink were used for the backing detail.

Mirima - Beautiful Mermaid.

Hello to everyone.   I love to colour mermaid stamps and this one is no exception.  I have used the beautiful Mirima stamp by Elaine Cox and coloured her with my Spectrum Noir ColourBlend Pencils.  I had so much fun designing this card!

Seahorse Serenade!

Hello lovely people.  Sharing this sweet card for the Tiddly Inks Challenge.  Love this cute image Seaheorse Serenade, so much fun to colour.

Sparkle Mermaid Tag!

Hello to all.  Sharing a cute tag coloured with Spectrum Noir Sparkle pens. 
 I am having so much fun working with these fabulous pens. 
 This tag is part of my Sparkle pen tutorial for  Spectrum Noir.

The mermaid stamp has been in my stash for a long time.  I think she is now available in digi form.  The seashells are stamps by Sheena Douglass.

Dance of the Butterflies.

Hello to everyone.  I hope this finds you well.  I would like to share the beautiful ching chou kuik's Dance of the Butterfly image from Sweet Pea Stamps as my DT card for the Outlawz Challenge.




This week is the colour challenge at Outlawz and this is the photo provided as inspiration.
Please use at least three of the colours!   Alternately, you might be inspired by the photo. Or perhaps you're inspired by both the photo and the color palette!

Gertie Fish for Spectrum Noir August Challenge - Nature/Landscape

This card features the so sweet image Gertie Fish from Whimsy Stamps.  I was lucky enough to have received Gertie as a Whimsy Friday Freebies, she is an absolute delight to colour. 
 I have made the card for this month's Spectrum Noir Challenge  - Floral/Nature.
