Dancing into 2018!

Hello to all.  Sharing a sweet ADFD stamp - Dress Rehearsal coloured with Spectrum Noir pencils and a touch of sparkle pen.  

Its such a lovely image and a delight to work with pencils on watercolour card.  
This gives a softer less defined image.

Christmas Sledging Fun!

Hello to all.  I was so pleased to be picked as a random winner in a recent Crafty Individuals candy draw.  

My prize was three new release rubber stamps.  

I have created two cards using the Christmas Sledging Fun stamp!  

The stamps produce a crisp, clear image.

Floral Easel Card.

Hello to all. Have you managed to catch the launch of the new Spectrum Aqua Markers on Hochanda!  Fiona has some fabulous tutorials, tip and techniques to share.   I have painted directly to stamp for this card and then drew some of the pigment out with water.  I have applied several layers of stamp to create this sweet card.

Dance Away the Blues!

Hello to all. A sweet shoe card to share today.  

I have really enjoyed working with these fabulous shoe stamps and exploring watercolour technique.  

I feel much more confident using watercolours that I have before.  

The Spectrum Sparkle markers make this easier and the results are bright and pleasing!

Hydrangea Garden!

Hello to all.  Sharing another Cherry Green for Crafter's Companion project!   This beautiful stamp range launches on Hochanda on the 15th June.   I hope you will love it as much as I do!

I have made a reverse z-fold card to showcase these stunning stamps.  The main image is highlighted with lots of small 3D hydrangea images.  I had so much fun creating this card!

Pretty Birdie!

Hello to all.  
Sharing some stamping samples with the new Crafter's Companion stamps and Spectrum Noir AquaBlend pencils.  

I love the vividness of this sample.  Little Birdie coloured with AquaBlend Primaries.  The 'Splatter Technique' is used to created texture and detail for the background.

Here the AquaBlend Essentials are used to colour this sweet image.

The stamp has been stamped with Versamark Ink and embossed with gold powder which is heat set.  The watercolour pigment from the Spectrum Noir Florals has been used to introduce colour.

Find your Wings is a beautiful stamp and is coloured with AquaBlend Naturals pencil set.

Watercolour Variety

Hello to all.  Stamps are so very versatile.  

 A few floral stamps can be used to create a variety of interesting and colourful projects.

Here the new floral stamps from Stacey Barras, recently launched by Crafter's Companion on Hochanda have been coloured with Spectrum Noir Aqua markers and AquaBlend pencils.   

Different effects are created, suitable for many occassions.

The bright colours catch the eye and create delicate CAS creations.

Using the smaller stamps from two of the sets.

A simple white embossing and colouring with AquaBlend pencils creates a shabby/chic feel.

Bands of colour have been extended out from the stamped image to create a diverse and colourful background.  

Stonger colour definition is added to the stamp. 

I had loads of fun creating these colouring samples to show that your stamps can be used in many ways.
