Vintage Style Journal Cover!

Hello to all.   

Its time for a new 'Anything Goes' challenge at Lemon Shortbread.    I have created a shabby/chic style front for my journal.

The beautiful image Sailor Dress is coloured with various markers and pencils. I hope you will join us for this fun challenge.

This will be my final project as a member of the Lemonshortbread DT.  I have really enjoyed colouring and designing with these beautiful images.  Many thanks to Vera Mae.

Cute Puppy Share!

Hello to all.  Sharing the sweet Puppy Sprite from Aurora Wings.
This cute image is the 'Gift with Purchase' from Aurora Wings (26-29th July) - see full details below.

The image has been printed onto Toned Tan Strathmore paper and coloured with Faber Castell Polychromos and Holbein pencils.  These is some white gel pen detail. 

I have added a welcome message as I think this would be suitable for welcoming a new addition (puppy or human)!

Mounted onto layers of kraft card and designer paper the image has ribbon and punched/crochet flower detail.

Hello to all.  Sharing a cute card for Passionate Paper Creations Design Team!

Our sponsor this weekend is Silly Shell's Art and I have coloured the beautiful image Graceful Daisy's, mostly with Holbein pencils.

The coloured image has been mounted on a tag shaped base and then placed in a Diorama kraft box frame.  Some sweet punched flowers have been added.  This card would be suitable for many occasions.

Whisper of the Sea!

Hello to all! Its time for some mid-challenge inspiration from the Aurora Wings Stella DT for the Once upon a Time challenge.  I hope you will join us for this fun challenge!

I have picked Hans Christian Anderson - The Little Mermaid and Whispers of the Sea from Aurora Wings as my inspiration.

This fabulous image is coloured with Copic markers and Holbein Artists Colored pencils. I received the pencils as a recent gift.  They are expensive, for pencils.   The colours are lovely but I have yet to decided whether they are any better, or different to my FC Polychromos pencils.
Card base is Centura Pearl and designer paper is Kaisercraft.
The background for the stamp has been sponged through a die cut with Distress Inks.  The flowers are punched and acetate glitter layer and the sentiment has been die cut!  I have used sparkle drops, shells and gems to decorate the card.  Also various other stamped and fussy cut images.
