My card for today's Charisma Cardz Challenge 'One Layer Card' features my efforts at stamping and embossing using a butterfly stamp and embossing powder - Fine Gold - from my stash.
A definition of a one layer card is provided below and I have used this as a guideline.
"One piece of card folded in half with no additional layers and minimal embellishments, where the image is stamped or printed directly onto the card stock."

I used a Kanban shaped card for my base, stamped this as detailed above. I have added liquid pearls, a small piece of ribbon and one Prima flower. To me this is minimal embellishment.
I so look forward to seeing your beautiful creations as I really struggled with this one being from the more is so much more school of craft.
Sending hugs to all.

Beautiful card. Jen xx
Loved this card, Laine. I tried to join the challenge but couldn't make something on a single layer that I was happy with, but you did a GREAT job! Love that flower and your comment that, to you, it was minimal embellishment. I agree, and it looks fabulous!
