Its time for a new 'Anything Goes' challenge at Lemon Shortbread.
This cute image is Painter/Artist Girl coloured with Polychromos pencil and Distress Ink background.
Materials used:

Bristol card, Centura Pearl, Watercolour card.
FC Polychromos pencils and white gel pen,
Distress Inks.
Various Textures stamps (Crafter's Companion)
Sentiment stamps.
Hessian ribbon, die cut banners, sequins.
