The background detail was created with Spectrum Aqua markers and stamped/embossed detail.

Spectrum Noir markers used for mermaid image:
Skin: FS2, FS4, TN2, CR3 + 09, 87
Hair,tail and shells: LG1, LG2, LG3, PL2, PL2, PL3, LV1, CT2, CT3, BT2, BT3,TN2, EB2, EB4, + 43, 45, 32, 37, 65, 67
Background
Spectrum Aqua markers:
Lime, Meadow, Olive, Sea Green, Bud Green, Aquamarine, Kingfisher.
Embossed and stamped detail:
Crafters Companion Textures Elements Stamps - Wet and Windy/ Splats and Accessories/Verity Rose - Sumbeam Accessories Stamps.
White Embossing Powder and Spectrum Noir Aqua markers applied straight to stamp.
Sentiments are printed on vellum and painted to match background.
