Hello to everyone. Its getting to that time of year again. Break out your fluorescent and bright markers, for its almost the Halloween season. I have made some small gifts to celebrate the season and have a tutorial on the Spectrum Noir blog using your fluorescent and bright markers.

I have also made a gift card using the same image and colour palette but with a different background. Both projects were loved by the recipient.
