Back to basics, a colouring tutorial with Spectrum Noir - Part 2 - in which we colour those folds!

Hello to everyone.  I hope this finds you well.

This month I have coloured the so sweet Music Box image from Elisabeth Bell.
The tutorials take you through each step of colouring the image, with your Spectrum Noir markers
In Part 1 we coloured the skin and hair.
In Part 2 we look at colouring the clothes and background, with particular attention to the folds and creating depth with colour.

Details of Spectrum Noir products used to colour this image can be found here
I really enjoyed colouring this lovely stamp and hope you will find time to visit and view the tutorial.

Delighted that my tutorial and card were featured on 613 Avenue Create FB page.  Thank you so much.

Thank you so much for taking the time to read this post and look at my card.

Moonbeam Meadow gift set project for Crafter's Companion.

Hello to everyone.
I have had so much fun creating a hexagonal plant holder and matching gift card, with some of my new Crafter's Companion goodies.
I was really pleased that this turned out so well.
You can view larger pictures on the Crafter's Companion blog here.

Crafters Companion Die'sire Essentials Only Words Dies - With Love

Crafters Companion Printable Vellum Paper

I thought I would show each piece separately, so that you could have a proper look at them.  I loved colouring this sweet Moonbeam Meadow Stamp from Crafters's Companion.  I can't believe I have not coloured this one before.  Its so cute. The new Edge'ables dies are a complete delight to work with.

This is a hexagonal plant holder, it just sort of grew and developed as I made it.
I used the fabulous Renaissance die several times round some kraft card, folded in the middle of each die cut panel, folded under a bottom edge and voila, a hexagonal pot holder. Its the perfect size to hold this lovely pot rose.

Another view showing the butterfly detail stamped onto vellum.  I really did enjoy making this project and hope that you like it.
