Mermaid of Star for Spectrum Noir Challenge

Hello to everyone and Happy Day to all.

I am posting my  Design Team card for the Spectrum Noir March Challenge.

Our March 2014 challenge is all about the color Green !  Create any card or project, use your Spectrum Noir markers to color your image, make sure it has something green somewhere on it (you may interpret that any way you want!) and you can play along with us!
I do hope you will join us for this fun Challenge.

List of materials used to make this card
Beautiful image Mermaid of Star from A Day For Daisies.
Full list of Spectrum Noir markers and pencils used on tutorial link above.
Neenah Classic Crest Card
Kaisercraft Rock Pool stamp detail stamped with
Ink it mini ink pads to create background detail for mermaid
Green glitter card for mats and die cuts
DP from my stash
Die cuts are Marianne Designs.

I have added texture to the fabulous mermaids tail on this card by using Spectrum Noir Blending Solution and a small piece of tulle fabric.  You can see the detail in the close up picture above.  It just makes the tail lift from the page.

Thank you so much for taking the time to read this post and look at my card.

Sending hugs to all from,

X
