Use Up Scraps- create any card using up some of your paper scraps GDT card for 'ABC' Challenge

Hello and happy day to everyone.

I am so delighted to have been asked to be GDT for 'ABC' Challenge for their Use up Scraps Challenge - Create any card using up some of your paper scraps.

I had great fun with this one, being addicted to paper and have lots of scraps and off-cuts waiting to be used.

I decided to make a front stepper card and use some lovely paper scraps from my stash to decorate this using the wonderful image Stella and Luna from Mayzy Arts as the focus for my project.

List of materials used to make this card:

My favourite Centura Pearl Card cut using a front stepper template.
Image as detailed above cut using a Spellbinder Die. Coloured using my Spectrum Noir Pens with some pencil detail.  Lovely Frantage detail.
Scraps of paper to decorate card panels.
Lots of lovely die cuts.  Marianne Heart Die, a favourite at the moment.  Bird cage die, butterfly die from Magnolia.  Marianne bird house card with embossed stamped detail.  Martha Stewart punched borders from scrap white card. La-la-land fence from scrap brown craft card.
Ribbon, crystal bling, Tim Holtz ticket all from my stash.

I would like to enter the following Challenges:

Thank you so much for taking the time to read this post and look at my creation, it is so appreciated.

Sending hugs to all from,

X

Fantastic scarp design! And I do love blue girlie cards! I also love challenges that encourage you to use some of all those paper leftovers. When I started making cards and blogging last year I didn't quite understand what everybody spoke about when they mentioned all those scraps. Almost a year and a half later, I've got hoards myself, even if I try and be a good girl and use some regularly...
