Anything Christmasy but a Card for Totally Papercrafts Challenge



Hello to everyone.  Its Friday.
Our Challenge this week at Totally Papercrafts is 'Anything Chistmasy but a Card' set by our lovely Cathy.   I have made a Gift Bag with Matching Tag featuring the fabulous image Noel Angel  from Michelle Perkett Studio.

List of Materials used to make this project:

Brown craft small gift bag.  Mirror card in red for mats and label.  Design Paper is Magnolia.
Wonderful image from Michelle Perkett Studios. Image is coloured using my ProMarker Pens and glittered and decorated with pearls.
Flowers are Poinsettia Die Cut from Marianne designs, decorate with beads and 'snow' detail. Swirls are die cut and embossed with silver and decorated with pearls.
Ribbon, charm reading 'Just for You', lace, feather, berries and bead trim are from my stash.

You and Me for Guest Designer Spot for Twisted Tuesday Challenge

I have been asked to Guest Design for Twisted Tuesday Challenge and am so pleased and delighted to provide a design card for the Challenge which is:

 "Eyelet" You Have the Key to My Heart.


The Challenge this week has a picture inspiration and the twist is use an eyelet somewhere on your project. Thank you so much for asking me to contribute Ladies.


I had also been asked to make an engagement card for a friend to give to her niece.  I hope this card fits both purposes.


List of materials used to make this card:

Wonderful image 'You and Me' from Tiddly Inks can be found here.
Card stock is  6" x  6" Centura Pearl from Crafter's Companion.  I have again used my favourite colour tones at present which are browns with a highlight colour.  In this card I have used creams.   I have used black glitter card for the die cut heart which is a Cheery Lynn Die.
Design paper is from my stash as is the sentiment banner.
Lace, flowers, 3 ribbons, pearls and metal to make key and lock are from my stash.
Key and lock die cuts are made using a Tim Holtz Die and the metal had been embossed by me before I cut the shapes.
I have made a hidden Engagement Label which has been die cut and decorated with ribbons.
All card and paper edges have been distressed using Vintage Photo Distress Ink from Tim Holtz.
Lace is also inked.

North Pole Critters from Love to Create Challenge


Hello to all and Happy Monday.  I hope this finds you well.

Ribbon, buttons, twine, pearls, flowers which are Kort & Godt and lace are from my stash.
Label is cut using a Doo Hickey Magnolia Die and Stamped and Embossed with Merry Christmas.

Bumble Bee Christmas

Hello and Happy Sunday to you all. I hope this finds you all well.



My card for today features the so sweet image Bumble Bee By Suzanne Woolcott for Sugar Nellie.  I was lucky enough to have won this recently and am so enjoying using this wonderful stamp.  I was trying to get ahead yesterday evening and published this post without the pictures instead of saving to draft.  So apologies to all for the confusion.  


List of Materials used to make this card:
Centura Pearl card stock for approx 6" x 6" card base and Layers. 
Design papers are mostly from Live and Love Crafts and features Forever Santa by Inkido all edges have been distressed using Tim Holtz Distress Inks.
Wonderful Image as detailed above coloured using Tim Holtz Distress Inks and Zag Pens.
Flowers are all made using my Sizzix Rolled Roses Die and these are all frosted and decorated with a pearl bead.
Ribbon is Anita's and I have used twine and a charm on the label.  Charm reads 'Just for You'.
Lace and red crystal strip are from my stash.
Label is cut using die , stamped with Versamark Ink and decorated with embossed stars.
Fairy has glittered wings, pearls on skirt and a jewelled pin wand.

Rudolph from Michelle Perkett for My Sheri Crafts Guest Design Spot

I have been asked to Guest Design for My Sheri Crafts Challenge and am so pleased and delighted to provide a design card for the Challenge which is:
'Tis the Season'  -  Create a card/project that represents what you (or someone you know) Celebrates during this time of year (Hanukkah,Christmas,Kwanzaa etc)
Thank you so much for asking me Sheri.   I am also honoured that this card was chosen as a favourite of the week on Splitcoast Stampers.


List of Materials used to make this easel card:

Wonderful Rudolph image from Michelle Perkett which can be found here
Rudolph is coloured using Promarker Pens and has glitter detail to antlers.  I have added 'snow' detail.  My favourite colour combination at present are brown tones with added feature colour.  In this card I have used blue to match sky detail on image.
Card base is Centura Pearl from Crafter's Companion and is approx 6" x 6" and the Design Papers are Chantilly Dawn from Riddersholm Designs.
I have used quite a lot of 'snow' detail on this card.  
Sentiment is embossed and mounted on a Marianne Design Die Cut heart.  
Star die cut is a Magnolia Doo Hickey Die.
Weave ribbon and pearl trim  is from my stash and I have decorated some pins.
Spellbinder die cut to mount ribbon and lots of pearl detail.
Flowers are all from Kort & Godt and Prima Designs.

All Stitched Up for Totally Papercrafts


Hello to everyone.  
Our Challenge this week at Totally Papercrafts is 'Stitched Up' set by our lovely Susan.    You can use real or faux stitching on your project but there must be some stitching on there somewhere! 
  We have been provided with fabulous A Day for Daisies images, thank you so much to Tammy  and I have chosen Walking in the Rain.  I have added snow to fit the Season.

Christie Angel for Love to Create Challenge


Hello to all and Happy Monday.  I hope this finds you well. 
 It's time for a new Challenge at Love to Create and this week our theme is 'Give Thanks' and this in my interpretation.




Thank you for your fabulous response to last weeks Challenge 'Fancy Edges', you submitted some stunning creations.

List of materials used to make this card:

6" x 6" cardstock for card and mats. 
Wonderful image Christie Angel.  
She is a real cutie and I have coloured her with Pomarkers and used paper piecing technique for her clothes and wings.  I really enjoy using this technique.
Marianne Dies are used to cut the main image and Thankful Greeting which was made by me.
Stars are cut using Magnolia DooHickey Die and green glittered papers which I also used for the mat layers.
Design papers are glossed and glittered.
Ribbon, pearls, fabric flower and Prima flower are from my stash.
