Days Gone By

Good morning to everyone on this cold, dreach (a Scottish word for miserable), morning.  Hope my card will brighten your day.

I am working on a series of Vintage Style Cards at the moment.  I have been buying fabulous papers from Live and Love Craft and searching for free vintage images.  This little beauty can be found at http://freevintagedigistamps.blogspot.co.uk/.  There are some fabulous images on the site.  I have imported her into Photobucket and done some work on the image.  She really is lovely.  The image is printed on matt photo card and I am pleased with the results.

List of materials used to make this card:

Wonderful designer papers found at Live and Love Crafts all edges distressed with Tim Holtz inks.
I have again used an acetate skirt, wrap round for this card.  It is a beautiful glittered white design on the acetate.
Die cuts are Spellbinders and Marianne
Pearls, gardenia flower, glitter edge ribbon and heart are from my stash.

Image showing the front of the card behind the acetate.

I would like to enter this card in the following  Challenges:

http://emergencycrafterschallenge.blogspot.co.uk/ - Glitter, Ribbon, Die Cut from Recipe

Thank you so much for taking the time to read this post and look at my card.  Your comments and support are so appreciated.

Hugs to all,

Laine
