Hello to everyone.  I have been having fun colouring this fabulous image 'Iris' from Sheena Douglas for Crafter's Companion International Inspiration DT.   I coloured this using my Spectrum Noir markers and pencils, in shades of purple and lilac.  I hope you like it.

 Spectrum Noir AquaTint Ink -Blue from Landscape Set and white from the Essentials Set to lighten blue colour.  Embossing ink and clear embossing powders were applied to the image background using a snowflake stamp.  Heated and then painted over with the AquaTint Inks to create the background detail.

Leaves or leaving for the Outlawz Challenge. My first project using the new Spectrum Noir AquaTint Inks.

Hello to everyone,   I would like to share my first project using the new Spectrum Noir AquaTint Inks.  Loads of fun was had by me, painting with these fabulous inks and trying out new techniques.   I am sharing the image, 'Christmas Visitor' from Sheena Douglass, for this week Outlawz Challenge. The theme of the Challenge is:  Leaves (can be leaves of tree or "leaving") and I have featured leaves from the Holly Tree.
