A sweet Barkley creation.

Hello to everyone and Happy Saturday.  
I hope you are well and the weather is being kind to you. 
 Its so wet here.  I can't remember another winter with so much rain, but it has been mild.

I have a sweet Barkley creation to share with you today. 
I don't usually find male cards easy to create but I loved working on this one and Barkley is so very sweet.

Colourful Friends

Good evening to everyone.  Have you had a good day? 
 I have been out and about most of the day and got rather wet.


I have been having more fun using my Spectrum Noir Pens (and a little pencil detail crept in - I can't resist them).  
This image is Wendy from Saturated Canary.  Its one of my favourite Saturated Canary images.  I love her serene face. 
 I have been trying to bring more definition to my face colouring using my wonderful Speccies.

My feature article for Crafter's Companion and card on font cover of Creative Cardmaking Magazine - Issue 63

 I have just received my copy of Creative Cardmaking Magazine Issue 63.  
This contains my feature article for Crafter's Companion - Adding texture to coloured images and my card made the front cover.

A little spring card to brighten your day - colour blending practice

Hello to everyone and Happy Monday.  I hope you are well and had a good weekend.

I have a sweet little card to share with you today featuring Goosey Gander from Sugar Nellie.  


I am a bit obsessed with blending colour tones at the moment and the new Spectrum Noir marker are an absolute dream to blend with. 
 Here is a link to a blending tutorial which I have found so useful. 
 I have also used the flicking technique to colour the hair of this cute little girl using the new Spectrum Noir Brush Nibs.

Sharing another Spectrum Noir Blendable Pencils preview for CHA


Hello to everyone.  I have another CHA preview card to share with you for Crafter's Companion.  I hope you like it.



This card has been coloured using both my Spectrum Noir Pens and the new Spectrum Noir Blendable Pencils from Crafter's Companion. They work together so well.  The image just lifts from the page.

A sneak peek of the new Spectum Noir Blendable Pencils. My first project for CHA.

I am so very excited to share a project I have made, using the new Spectrum Noir Blendable Pencils from Crafter's Companion.

 The pencils really are a joy to use with a wonderful range of colours, fabulous tonal shades and are so easy to blend.  They also work beautifully with my Spectrum Noir Pens.
