Occasions Pups in a Basket!

Hello to all!  Sharing another card featuring the cute Whimsy Stamps digital image Pups in a Basket.  

This cute image is so versatile. 

 I have made a special occasions card for a favourite puppy lover!

The image is printed onto white card.

Coloured with markers and pencils.  

I printed another copy of the image onto kraft card, cut out, embossed and inked the basket.

Attaching to the front of the coloured image.

The whole image was then fussy cut, curved and mounted onto white and kraft card layers.  

Pretty ribbon and flowers decorate the image.  

The base card is a side stepper with further embossed detail. 

 Martha Stewart edge punch detail and a stamped sentiment.

I find these little puppies so cute and I hope you agree.

Fall in Love!

Hi to everyone!  Sharing a cute wall hanging  on the Whimsy Blog today featuring the sweet digital stamp Penguin Fun in Fall by Crissy.  

Don't you just love the fall season and walking through those crisp and crunchy autumn leaves.

The image was printed onto stamping card and coloured with a mixture of Copic and Spectrum Noir markers. 

 Extra detail and depth was added with Faber Castell Polychromos pencils.  

Distress Inks provide the sky.  

Papers from the Aqua Breeze and Rainbow Polk Dots Digital paper collections have been printed, cut to size and mounted onto mats. 

 Die cut,stamped and punched detail have been added.  Burlap ribbon and lace are from my stash.

Marvellous Mushrooms!

Hello to all!   Sharing a sweet card for Passionate Paper Creations. 

This week the sponsor is Power Poppy Stamps.

I have coloured the fabulous digital stamp Miraculous Mushrooms.   This stunning image was printed onto kraft paper and coloured with Faber Castell Polychromos pencils.

The image was cut with a stitched die, mounted onto a burlap panel, designer paper and further kraft card layer.    A wooden sentiment and cute mushroom detail complete the project.

I Remember You!

Hello to all.  Its time for the Aurora Wings Music Challenge with the Stella DT bringing you inspiration.  

For this challenge you can use any piece of music as your muse. 

The song I have picked is 'I Remember You' sung by Frank Ifield.

 It fits the image perfectly.

I have used the beautiful image Remembrance from Aurora Wings.

The digital stamp is coloured with markers and pencils and placed on a decorated and die cut base.

Star Fairy!

Hello to all.  Sharing a card for Little Blue Button Stamps, you will find it on the LBB blog here.

This sweet stamp is called Star Fairy and she is so very cute. 

The image is printed onto Bristol cardstock and coloured with markers and pencils.  Digital papers and various star die cuts decorate the card.  A sentiment has been printed onto vellum for the bottom of the card.

Christmas Mermaid.

Hello to all! Sharing another cute image and card for the the new release from Whimsy Stamps! 

This is Christmas Mermaid and she is adorable.

It was so much fun to combine the themes of mermaids and Christmas.  

The image is coloured with markers and pencils and white gel pen.

I have used Shabby Blue Stampendous Frantage to create the effect of sea crustaceans and an undersea world.  

Whimsy Stamps Ahoy, There! digital paper provide the background and various sea themed and snowflake die cuts have been used.
Pearls, sequins and net are from my stash.

A Girl and her Pumpkin!

Hello lovely people.  Sharing a cute image and card for the the new release from Whimsy Stamps!

This sweet digital stamp A Girl and her Pumkin is coloured with markers (Copic and Spectrum Noir) and Polychromos and Holbein pencils.  There is some white gel pen detail.

Wonderful new release Autumn Beauty Digi Papers from Whimsy Stamps have been printed and cut to size.  

They have been embossed and inked with DI, mounted onto Coredinations panels.

Pieces of the Digi Papers have been die cut and embossed to make pretty floral decoration.

Further die cuts include, leaf sprays and corner detail.

A stamped and punched label was created.

Hello to all.  Sharing a project for Little Blue Button Stamps featuring one of the new release digital stamps for September. This is Little Friend.

This sweet image is coloured with makers and pencil, mounted on kraft card on a cute mini gift bag.

Various die cute hearts, flowers and embossed tag have been used to decorate the bag.
