A quick post using Kenny K Blair Blaze

Hello to everyone.  I hope this finds you well.

I have been having dreadful problems with blogger this afternoon.  This was my scheduled post for a Challenge on Thursday but it has been published, don't quite know what I have done, not really a problem.   I find Blogger does some very strange things sometimes.

I have used the image Blair Blaze from Kenny K.
I was fortunate enough to receive this and some other Digi Stamp as a prize for winning a recent Challenge.

List of Materials used to make this card:
Wonderful image as detailed above coloured using my Spectrum Noir Pens with some pencil detail
Image cut using a Spellbinder Die - Labels #28
Some Distress Ink detail to background of image.
Papers are from my stash.
Ribbon are all from my stash.
Labels sentiment made by me using Word.
Leaves are a Tim Holtz Die with Distress Ink Detail.
Spider web detail made using hot glue and ink.

I would like to enter this card in the following Challenges:

Thank you so much for taking the time to read this post and look at my card.

A Vintage Creation.

Hello to everyone.   I hope you are enjoying your week-end.

I thought I would make a vintage style project.

List of Materials used to make this project:

Cardstock which measures approx 8'' x 8'' for base of card and for mat.
Wonderful image which is a vintage style postcard from Crafty Individuals. There is also a foiled Kanban postcard in there somewhere.
Beautiful digital papers which I have had printed for a long time.
I think these are both by the very talented Donna of Bearly Mine Designs. Papers have been distressed using Distress Inks (Tim Holtz).
I had lots of fun with die cuts and Distress Inks.  Clock and post  box are Marianne Designs.  Roses are Spellbinders, again with Distress Ink detail.
Ivy is Die'sire Die from Crafter's Companion and this is my favourite leaf die at present, (although I am also very partial to the Holly Die).
The Doily is another die and so is the tag also Crafter's Companion.
Ribbon and pearl buttons are from my stash and lots of inky fun was had by me.

Designer Saturday feature for Crafter's Companion.

Hello and Happy Saturday to you all.  I hope this finds you well.

If you are a regular visitor to my blog you will know that I was offered and accepted a Designer Post with Crafter's Companion a few months ago.
I have been very busy designing a wide variety of projects for Crafter's Companion and I am always pleased when these are shown on Facebook or on Crafter's Companion Blog/main site or on Create and Craft for Crafter's Companion.

Today I am being featured by Crafter's Companion on Designer Saturday and I am really thrilled and delighted, you can view the article here.

I have recently been given some fabulous opportunities and hopefully I will be able to tell you about these over the next few weeks or so and I am so enjoying working on all of the projects and exploring my design skills.

Thank you so much for your visits, your kind comments and your continued support.  It really is much appreciated.

Hepbern Dress from A Day for Daisies.

Hello to everyone and Happy Wednesday.

I have taken a few days blogger time-out following my busy week last week.
Still making lots of projects.  You will be fed-up with me in October.

I am waiting for my elder daughter Suzanne and her partner to return from holiday today.  They have been in Los Angeles and Los Vegas and have had a fabulous time.  The weather has been 40 degrees plus, so they will find it a bit chilly when they land in Heathrow.

My card for today features the wonderful free image from A Day for Daisies - Hepbern Dress and I think she is lovely.

List of Materials used to make this card:

So sweet image as listed above coloured using my Spectrum Noir Pens and printed onto Neenah Solar Paper.
Image has been fussy cut and mounted onto a Heartfelt Creations Oval Window die cut.
DP is from my stash and has bee embossed using Regency Swirls Folder from Crafter's Companion.  I love embossing DP as it gives so much design detail and texture to the paper.
Gold mirror card Anna Griffin punched butterfly detail.
Elements are ribbon, flowers, Rosette made by me  with tassel, red crystal trim.
