Alisa with Roses from Mo Manning

Hello and happy Jubilee Day to everyone.  I write to you from under my big furry throw.  Its freezing here today.  Summer has vanished and we have cold, cold, rain.  I have been waving my little Union Jack Flag at the telly as the Queens Flotilla Procession proceeds down the Thames in the pouring rain.  Awwww!!!

Anyhow on to my card for today which features the amazing image Alisa with Roses and she typifies the type of weather we should be having at the moment.  My garden is full of the most delicious roses and the smell is overpowering.  Yummy.

I have had a lot of fun making this card which is a Z- style card with a mini card insert on a stepper.  Blogger has been playing up and I cannot show you all  the detail I would like to as the pictures are to big.

Image showing the front of the card.  It is about 5" x 5" and is a couple of centimetres deep to hold the inner card and embellishment.

List of Materials used to make this card.

Alisa with Roses from Mo Manning coloured with Promarker, Flexmarker Pens and Prismacolour Pencils.  Lightly glittered.  Printed onto Joanna Sheen Satin Elegance Card.

Outside of card - Crafters Companion Card, 2 sheets of butterfly die cut card with gems.  Wonderful glittered ribbon from the Glitter Girl.  flowers and gem flourish from my stash.  Core'dinations Card and wonderful Summers Rose's from Bearly Mine Designs.

Inner card - Shaped card from Kanban with Alisa image, some flowers from my stash and ladybird 3d embellishments.  The inside of the card has further ladybird embellishment, further paper/card panel and Kanban foiled topper.  This card is mounted on a stepper.

Inside of main card features further lovely papers and glittered toppers.  Small pocket with Magical Day sentiment and die cut topper with matching ribbon for a personal greeting.

A closer view of this fabulous image.

I would like to enter this card for the following Challenges :o)
